ma dad neva fails to get me irritated each time i speak to him. too many examples to quote, im serious. he only talks to me about 2 things.

1.EAT
2.PHONE BILL


lets role play. (all conversations in chinese.)


me: [still soundly asleep]
him: [knocks on the door hard, continuously] theres rice on the table, go and eat.

in ma mind: ARGH. for goodness sake, im slpin. do you have to wake me up bcuz of that packet of rice?!


me: [just woke up]
him: go and eat your rice.

in ma mind: YES I KNOW. stop repeatin.


me: [watchin tv and talks to him about the show]
him: lets go eat black chicken soup.

in ma mind: wakao. didnt i jus ate? =.=


him: [just woke up afta his nap]
me: shall we go downstairs and eat?

in ma mind: ... i give up.


im so immuned to it now, so whenever he speaks, i just keep quiet. but till now, that doesnt work. he'll keep askin and askin and askin and askin and askin UNTIL i urge him to stop asking. thats what he does everytime he's @ home the whole day. you can say he cares fer me, i know it maself too. but i can say, he dont really know how to show his concern.


AHHHHH. man doesnt live on bread alone! =.=


i dont understand whats wrong with the both of us. i did ma part by not shuttin ma doors, not wantin to talk to him. but whenever i try talkin to him, he will eitha throw me the "do you want to go and eat?" question OR.. tellin me how much ma phone bill cost.


as some may know, i've always been wantin to get a piano. but ma dad couldnt grant me the financial support. this was anotha sian 1/2 incident that just happened.


me: eh daddy! got this digital piano that cost $1049!!! (super excited)
him: izit? eh.. your phone bill $60 this month.
