today's a great day @ work! =) it was a one-day Microsoft Summit event held at suntec convention centre! time passed fast man. love it. must be the people. =)


so thankful to be in the marketin dept. if not i wouldnt have experienced what i did today!


and man! christine is sucha bubbly and funny person to be with! shes one of those whom i hold high respect fer in the company, not bcuz shes serene's (ma supervisor) mentor/boss, but.. i just felt comfortable conversin with her. and i learnt alot from her today just by talkin to her. actually, i didnt thought that i'd grow to like her so much. cos she looked kinda intimidatin and stringent, well, in a way she is. but its only the times when she has to be serious. besides that, shes really nice! fun! has great sense of humor! super contagious laughter! i like! =)


she admires cute stuff too! ma kumakuma made her smileeeee like a child you know. lol. plus.. we share the same faith. =) cool huh.


and oh! i found a TP senior at EBS too! her name's cally. graduated from IT sch in 2001. hahaha. when i was told she was from TP, i felt soooo much closer to her lah! she was active in school back then too! =) oh yes, im so awed by female IT personnel recently; and shes one of them! cally's just 5 yrs older than me. andddddd, we share the same faith too! hehe. im so happy today. okay at least i know im soundin very happy now. =)


and yes im gonna start lovin ma stay here at EBS from today! its not that i've stop tryin.. but today's a breakthru. the bond is developin. =) what i learnt is that you can neva say you dont like/hate smthg when you haven got the chance to know it betta. or in ma context, its the ppl.

i thought i had been positive enough by smilin more, doin things dilligently (when deepdown i know i dont really like it), tryin not to complain abt ma SIP (when i hear how much ppl disliked/loved theirs). but today, i realised that its called surpression. forcin yourself to like smthg that you're not ready to like.


weee. now i know whats positivity; it rawks to feel positive!


well that statement doesnt mean that i'd no longa face difficulties durin work. but at least, now i know im ready to turn to help, ready to ask questions, ready to get motivated by ppl, ready to learn much more! so in any occassion when i do still whine about work, remember that i do that to channel out frustrations k? like who doesnt, right? =)
