feelin great!


i love today's trainin man. slpt very little the night before but still managed to pull thru. ma hands are all sore lah. sore hands. super good workout. shixiong seems to be pleased with our trainin today. ahaha. yes, i just felt that he was.


nonetheless, it was a very tirin day fer me. rushed back home afta lunchin with zingo mates. got changed and joined ma churchmates fer steamboat-bbq session at marina bay! they had a mini pre celebration fer me.. thanks! =) will post pics soon.


just some random updates:

zingo will be havin anotha performance on the 7 october at singapore expo, and we were told that there will be around 7,000 people watchin us. its some 97.2FM radio event if im not wrong. like weeee lah. hahaha. its either we make or break it.


salvo will be guest performers for dance ensemble on the 19 oct.


AND I AM SO LOOKIN FORWARD TO THE JOYOUS MONTH OF DEC!!! a time when..

- GOING HK with churchmates!
- lotsa church events goin on!
